Refund Policy
Trip Only Travel & Tourism is committed to ensuring a seamless experience for all our customers. While we strive to deliver the best services, there may be occasions when refunds are necessary. Below is our detailed refund policy, applicable to various services provided by our agency.
1. Flight Bookings
- Refund eligibility for flight bookings is determined by the fare conditions of the airline and the specific ticket purchased.
- The refund policy, including any applicable fees and deductions, is provided to customers at the time of booking under the "Booking Conditions."
- Refund requests are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions and will be processed within 30 working days from the date of request.
2. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance refunds are governed by the following conditions:
- Cancellation Before Insurance Start Date: Customers may cancel their insurance at least 3 days before the start date, with a 50% deduction from the total amount paid.
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Issuance: If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of issuance, a 30% service charge will apply, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.
- Refund processing for travel insurance may take up to 15 working days.
3. Hotel Bookings
- Hotel booking refunds are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the "Booking Conditions" provided at the time of booking.
- Customers may cancel their hotel reservations within the specified cancellation period to receive a full or partial refund.
- Refund requests made after the cancellation deadline or for non-refundable bookings will not be honored.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Visa Services
- All visa-related fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun.
- Trip Only Travel & Tourism acts as a facilitator for visa applications, and the processing fee covers administrative costs, regardless of the outcome of the application.
5. Tour Packages
- Each tour package comes with its own refund policy, which is detailed in the tour description and the "Booking Conditions."
- Refunds for tour packages are only available if the cancellation request is made before the specified deadline.
- Refunds are not available after the cancellation deadline has passed.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of request.
6. Umrah Packages
- Umrah Visa: Once issued, Umrah visas are non-refundable.
- Flight Bookings: Refunds for flights included in Umrah packages are subject to the "Flight Bookings" policy mentioned above.
- Hotel Bookings: Refunds for hotel bookings included in Umrah packages follow the "Hotel Bookings" policy mentioned above.
