Welcome to Trip Only Travel & Tourism. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.

1. General Provisions

  • These terms apply to all services provided by Trip Only Travel & Tourism, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa consultancy, tour packages, travel insurance, and Hajj & Umrah services.
  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings made through Trip Only Travel & Tourism are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The exact amount will vary depending on the type of service and destination.
  • Full payment must be received by the due date specified during the booking process. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified by Trip Only Travel & Tourism.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked. Please review the specific terms associated with your booking.
  • In case of cancellation by the client, any refunds will be processed according to the supplier’s terms and may incur additional cancellation fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used services or no-shows.
  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism reserves the right to cancel any booking if the terms of payment are not met, or in case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Flights

  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism acts as an intermediary between you and the airline. All flight bookings are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and in compliance with the destination’s requirements.
  • Any changes to flight bookings, including cancellations, rebooking, or name corrections, may incur additional charges as per airline policies.
  • Baggage allowance is subject to the airline’s policy. Additional baggage fees may apply for excess luggage.

5. Accommodation

  • Hotel bookings made through Trip Only Travel & Tourism are subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions.
  • Room allocation is managed by the hotel, and specific room requests are subject to availability.
  • Hotel star ratings and descriptions are based on information provided by the hotel and are for guidance purposes only.
  • Any complaints regarding hotel services or room conditions should be addressed directly to the hotel management.

6. Visa Consultancy and Processing

  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism provides visa consultancy services to assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
  • The issuance of a visa is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Trip Only Travel & Tourism cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation as required by the visa authority.
  • Visa processing times are subject to the embassy’s workload and are beyond the control of Trip Only Travel & Tourism.
  • In case of visa rejection, the consultancy fee is non-refundable.

7. Hajj & Umrah Services

  • Hajj and Umrah packages offered by Trip Only Travel & Tourism are designed to provide a seamless pilgrimage experience. Packages include visa processing, accommodation, ground transport, and other related services.
  • Pilgrims must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for Hajj or Umrah, including having a valid passport with at least six months of validity.
  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from the Saudi Arabian authorities, including visa issuance or immigration procedures.
  • The itinerary and services included in the package may be subject to change due to local regulations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Travel Insurance

  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism strongly recommends that clients purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
  • Travel insurance policies offered through our agency are underwritten by third-party insurers, and all claims are subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand the coverage provided by the travel insurance policy.

9. Liability

  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the services provided by these third parties.
  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property caused by third-party service providers.
  • Our agency will make every effort to ensure that your travel arrangements are smooth and trouble-free, but we cannot guarantee the performance of services provided by third parties.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Trip Only Travel & Tourism is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our clients.
  • We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Your personal information will only be shared with third-party service providers as necessary to complete your booking and provide the services you have requested.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of Trip Only Travel & Tourism services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
